Refund Policy

If you receive a defective item or if there is an issue with your order, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Products should be in the same state as when they were sent. We cannot accept returned items that have been altered, including those covered in pet or human hair, emitting odors like smoke or cologne, or showing any signs of wear, such as deodorant marks or sweat stains.

Email us at support@signingdaysports.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If you received an incorrect item, please include:

  • Photo of item

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email support@signingdaysports.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request (refund or replacement)
  • Photos demonstrating the defect or damage.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
